Im Going Pescetarianism
So i decided that im going back to my old ways of eating. Just because iknow that its safe for me and it makes me super confortable knowing that im not eating anything unhealthy. I guess you would kind of say its going back to my so called “SAFE FOODS” Only meat would be Fish. I just feel like my body isnt clean anymore i guess i went of on a junk food spree and its hard to go inbetween like junk food onoce a week or so on. I feel much better if i just quit it completley and ate the norm. Hopfully it will be better and make me feel alot better baout my body. Im not loosing weight but at the same time im not gaining either so that means… TIME FOR A CHANGE !

I need to eat more fruits!
:
Health benefits:
- Cherries, known as a “super-fruit”, are packed with antioxidants called anthocyanins which aid in the reduction of heart disease and cancer.
- Cherries are one of the few food sources that contain melatonin, an antioxidant that helps regulate heart rhythms and the body’s sleep cycles.
- Cherries are an excellent source of beta carotene (vitamin A). In fact they contain 19 times more beta carotene than blueberries and strawberries.
- Cherries are rich in vitamins C, E, potassium, magnesium, iron, folate and fiber.
- Cherries are referred to as “brain food”, aiding in brain health and in the prevention of memory loss.
- Because cherries contain anthocyanins, they can reduce inflammation and symptoms of arthritis and gout.
- Eating cherries reduces the risk of diabetes.
- Cherries are a good source of fiber which is important for digestive health.
- Cherries are a great snack or dessert choice important for weight-maintenance.
- Because of their powerful anti-inflammatory benefits, cherries are said to reduce pain and joint soreness for runners and athletes after workouts.

Keeping Focused.
So yesterday i had yogurt for breakfast and while i was in the city i was starving i usually eat twice between my 3:00 o’clock and then after my 7:00 o’clock class but this time i went to subway @ 3 and i had a 12 inch chicken parmesan sandwich soooo Gross btw. Anyways after i ate it i realized how many calories was in the sandwich a whopping one thousand!!!! I was super pissed because i was thinking i could of went to this pizza place for 5 dollars and had two slices probably for less calories. Anywho the problem was that i felt horrible after i ate it. I didn’t eat anything for the rest of the day because i was worried about gaining weight. I don’t wanna get my head back into this don’t eat thing. My boyfriend hates it and actually likes me the way i am. But its up to me at the end and i do want to fit into a size 7 eventually. So for now I’m trying to eat a big breakfast two snack a day maybe lunch and of course dinner. Ill update you all on my weight loss for my free too :)
